There is a free beginner lesson before every Dance Blues Friday, at 7:00 p.m. at Mansion. The
content and the teachers rotate, so there's always something new to learn -- but absolutely no experience is required.
To develop
higher levels of dancing, there are regular lesson series at the Triangle Swing and Blues Center (iDanceSwing.org), and
many special workshops scheduled throughout the year both in the Triangle in the greater Southeast region. Additionally,
many instructors that you see teaching the group lessons are available for private lessons at reasonable rates -- just ask.
But remember -- the best way to improve your dancing is to get out there and dance as much as you can!
